Unless specifically transferred to a client, APJ Tech Solutions may retain ownership of its reusable libraries, frameworks, development tools, templates, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property.

7. Educational Content

Bootcamp and educational materials are intended for learning and development purposes. Access to paid educational content may be personal to the enrolled student and may not be redistributed, resold, copied, or publicly shared without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Some projects may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, cloud services, or other external services.

APJ Tech Solutions is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or failures caused solely by such third-party services.
