2. Custom Software Projects

Software development projects may involve advance payments, milestone payments, or other payment arrangements agreed upon with the client.

Once development work has started, payments relating to work already completed may generally be non-refundable, subject to the specific agreement between APJ Tech Solutions and the client.

3. Project Cancellation

A client may request cancellation of a project by contacting APJ Tech Solutions.

If work has already commenced, any refund will be considered based on the work completed, expenses incurred, third-party costs, and the terms agreed for that particular project.

4. Bootcamp and Educational Programs

Refund eligibility for a bootcamp or educational program will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Where digital course content or other educational materials are made immediately available after purchase, refunds may be restricted after access has been provided, subject to applicable law and the specific program terms.

5. Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical or payment-processing issue, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification.

6. Payment Gateway Issues

If a payment is deducted from a customer's account but the payment status is not successfully recorded by APJ Tech Solutions, the transaction will be checked with the relevant payment gateway before any refund is processed.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or the applicable payment gateway.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.
